We’ve some great value tickets and fares for travel on our services. Our Cheap Day return tickets are available from just £2.20 or you can travel as much as you like from just £3.80 a day.

If you travel on our services a few times a week then you will save money with our range of weekly, monthly or annual BuzzFare tickets and we have some great discounts on travel for young people through our range of Get Around tickets.

Single tickets & Cheap Day Returns

A single ticket is ideal for a one off single journey or, spend less on your bus fare and more on the things you like, with a Cheap Day Return.

Starting from just £2.20 and available on most of our services, a Cheap Day return is the ticket for you if you make occasional return trips. Just tell the driver where you’re going and pay in cash for your ticket, keep your ticket and use it on your return journey that day.

Day tickets

If you’re going to use a number of our buses in the same day our range of day tickets will save you money. Tickets can be bought from the bus driver and once you’ve got your ticket you can travel as much as you like that day.

Regular travellers

If you travel on our services a few times a week you will save money with one of our weekly, monthly or annual tickets. What’s more, once you get your ticket, you can use it as much as you want including evenings & weekends!

Plus, if you employer buys your ticket for you, you could save 25% compared to the price of individual 28 day tickets.

Young People

We have a great range of discounts for young people all designed to save you money! You can choose from a discounted single or Cheap Day return or you can travel as much as you like for a day for just £3 with a Get Around day ticket.

If you travel on our services a few times a week to school, college or uni you will save money with one of our weekly, monthly or 16 week Get Around tickets. You can use you ticket as much as you want including evenings & weekends to go out with your mates!

Over 60’s

If you’re over 60 or registered disabled you can use our services free of charge with a concessionary travel pass. Free travel is available after 0930 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and bank holidays. Some passes, depending on your area give you free travel before 0930.

Travelling on Metro or with other bus companies?

In addition to our own range of tickets there are also tickets available for travel between Go North East services and those of other bus companies or Metro.

Tickets are available for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year and most can be bought from this website.
